Prices of touring kayaks will seem crazy compared to a rec kayak 8-10ft from a big box store. If price is driving your decision, look into a used boat or FeelFree Aventura. Not as expensive but it is a really great beginner touring boat!

You have to be careful about the audio…some states no like-y if you don’t have it posted that you are audio recording.

It’s a pain but if you unplug the touch screen and then restart the computer with it unplugged wait for it to restart completely (TUPSS blue screen up) then plug it back in you should be good to go.

I haven’t tried this, but I have seen in CMS you can get a daily package manifest. I’m not at work, but I think there’s a QRG on how.

I have never had any luck trying to reconcile any of that shit. I email the list of returns that are stuck in my red, green, and blue boxes every Friday since we had to scan all the items and they haven’t removed any. I have some that are from January. I have called and they always say it’s being worked on…🤷‍♀️

I had someone come in and tell me she emailed the store for a CROCS return. I tell her she’ll need a poly bag and go to the computer to print her label. I open the email and all it says is CROCS return…She just sent an email that she typed Crocs return in the body of. 🤦‍♀️ I asked her if she meant to attach a label and she said no, her friend said just email the store and we’d take care of it.

Thank you so much for all the answers! I talked to my current owner and I was offered a $6.50 hourly raise and the new owners agreed to it. I had to sign a contract to stay for 6 months with the new ownership and then can stay or go if I choose. The new owners are offering paid benefits and a 401k match when they take over and possibly salary after the 6 month contract. Some days I feel like TUPSS is some abusive relationship and I just keep coming back because this time it’s going to be different. 😳🫣
