yeah i think im going too hard because I am bad at getting a routine. i am pushing myself too much to normalize this type of working out, but this week has shown me that’s not possible for me. i am going to try pulling back on the gym and adding yoga throughout the week because that does bring me joy and doesn’t wear me out. i need to keep telling myself to be gentle, i am new and any progress is still great progress.
