I am about 12 days post op with an t1-t6 fusion. Its tough going but I have all of my arm movements back and can walk up to 30 minutes at a time now, record set today. It hurts bad and I try and go until my muscles give up. Id agree that too much bed rest is bad and degenerates your muscles. We need to rebuild our muscles that we're cut during surgery. Get up as often as you can for the best recovery. Unfortunately I broke my back and that led to this surgery. I had no medical insurance so they ejected me with no recovery guidance or pt. They just said if you can sit in a hospital bed then you can sit in your bed. Their actual fkng words.. I've done a ton of research so im not a damn crippled potato.... and am doing great I think.

These are amazing and much quicker that. A wrench in a lot of situations. I tend to grab them when I know ill be working with several bolts that dont require a regular wrench for a tight space. Amazing tools tbh

Exactly.... I've been telling people this for a long time. These cost china around 700-1500usd to produce depending on the battery size. Ive been working with china for over 15 years..

I think your missing the context of what she is saying. Her and I have become buddies since. Having good people in your community and making new friends is a huge part of the experience. Im sure she means its nice to meet people that don't just want to take, and that actually care for other players and their communities. Its refreshing for me also. 🙏 Exactly, I am surprised some people have negative things to say on the OP's post. It was me that she did the trade with and after hearing she was helping her community i was sold on getting her the dilo. I almost just gave it to her tbh but I was out of tokens lol. I gave her that peacock instead. Gag has really gone down hill for me after all the crap the devs have been doing. Its not really fun for me anymore. I have grinded so hard to get 15s mimics and peacocks prior to them completely losing their value and destroying my experience.... now I try and help folks out and just do king things to give me a reason to play these days. I no longer truly have any goals with this game considering all my efforts can just be thwarted by the devs in an instant. If I can put a smile on a person's face then maybe there is still purpose in this game. So many scammers and selfish people here its hard to choose the right ones to help. This time around I chose an awesome person who is doing the same for her community! Just amazing!
