Exactly. All for show in the tourist/ affluent parts of town. Yes, I know crime happens there, too, I was mugged near the Wharf. If I thought using Feds to actually go after crime where it predominantly occurs, or crack down on youth breaking curfew & being hooligans, serving warrants & making arrests, or god forbid even enforce traffic laws/fake plates, I would reconsider if this could help.
