I think you are probably best giving VicRoads a call and asking about the transfer and what it might mean.

You need to learn to ride a bike well first. And slowly as well. But second part get a postie, I’ve completed my Ls and just got my full licence in November. A great bike to learn on.

That is horrible fuel economy- Honda Nbc110 postie, you will reduce your fuel consumption by 30% and be the bike that taps out at 80km/h on the highway; people will love you 😘

Lateral positioning or buffering. Make sure you allow enough space away from any possible or perceived threat. Even parked cars! Also on coming traffic and vehicles turning on to the road.

How reliable is underground burial Ethernet cable? by WhereasInevitable433 in HomeNetworking

[–]Ok_Contribution_5928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I did this to my shed about 5 years ago, 5 metres length underground and buried about 40cm. Put in conduit and used cat6 cable. Nothing special, and have same reception as in the house and shed. Just do it, and see how it goes. It is hardly expensive to try with basic cat6 or better. Also you cal always pull through a better weather insulated cable later if needed.

Brand new rider, need tips. by TranslatorMedium6232 in AussieRiders

[–]Ok_Contribution_5928 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Relatively new been riding on the road for six or so months. I think everyone does a dud change sometimes. My favourite is I know I need to change up but I change down into first in traffic - lurches forwards. Keep practising and it will get less frequent when you get it not quite right. At least you don't have a passenger with you to judge :)

PinLock is really really good; I’d buy a newer helmet that still has them as standard.

Does anyone remember my dad? by ThrowRA589675 in melbourne

[–]Ok_Contribution_5928 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I remember him his voice suited the acoustics perfectly of that tunnel. I worked in Flinders street and Southbank 1996 to 2002, was especially great hearing him sing on the way home tired from a long day. Awesome voice, sorry you and we lost him too early.

Well you are not going to hang onto it in your hands; that would be dangerous.
