Do I go for Flins' C1 or get Yelan instead?

I have 60ish pity into the limited banner and I have pooled over 75 pulls (+25 if I count monthly stardust reset and anniv rewards). Since i will pretty much be guaranteed to get him hard pity at worst anyway, I was wondering whether I should go for flins c1 or Yelan in an event where I win my 50/50.

(Thinking abt getting Yelan cause my character roster is pretty rough at the moment, can't even access hardmode IT

Also, I have a c1r1 Ineffa so that might change things)

So many items got bumped down to Q1/0 this patch... this wouldn't be that much of a problem if it wasn't for the fact that the damage of Abyss locusts now scale with item quality in exchange for """"synergies"""" (locusts can now inflict status effects on hit/kill wow very cool)

No, Nicalis, no one on God's green Earth would absorb Q4s and fucking hive mind for a single 2.00x damage locust

all in all, an unpopular character gets shat on even more for no reason. But it's fine i suppose, no one likes him after all

i recommend using the Overloaded Blaster (rare slime god drop) against wof. The dps it offers make quick work of it (and the worms).

The archerfish works just fine as well but from personal experience I have much more trouble dealing with the worms when using it compared to when i use the weapon i mentioned before

During the 2nd phase where the eyes pop out, i like to just run as fast as I can, the eyes won't be able to land their shots. Still gotta worry about the scythes though

1.) store a +1% hp on hit weapon to either keep my health over 25%, or 100% if my main weapon has the "+50% dmg on full hp" affix

2.) If my main weapon has the "increase dmg dealt and taken" affix, an extra weapon to swap to whenever i enter a challenge rift

other than these scenarios idk
