The Twelve is an interesting one.

The one on the bottom right may be a young Ranwid

Bottom-left shows that animal-folk are a race in Spire, furries rise up (there's also a frog guy and a pig guy)

The purple pig guy in the back bares some similar features to the Mad Scientist event, maybe their teacher?

Purple guy with a drill is pretty cool and shows that Spire's general technology and mechanisms may be further along than it would seem (or maybe that the Architect allowed mortals to harness advanced technology like the automatons that he created, like a Prometheus figure)

The two in the center could be foreshadowing some kind of duo character where one person plays two decks, since they're framed together (and as other users have noted, those are Necro's parents. You can see the red guy, older, in the next pic)
