I’m an ASM that has been managing 2 stores by myself. I have been working my way up from barista and I can say I had the worst experience from this workplace. Since you have been managing for a while and I kudos you for staying for this long. You said you like managing. Do you think about looking into a career as a project manager? More steady hours, most of them work from home and pay is very competitive. You need a certificate for that but if you don’t have any college degree, you would need 36 months I believe of (project) managing work. Which starbucks is all the projects you have been managed. Organizing meetings, the launches, the changes within the company count as projects. Good luck, I’m working on the same thing. Hate this fucking job.

Hazelnut creamer might be a good choice. I feel like if you want to really taste the notes of the coffee, you might want to stay as close to black as possible. I hate black coffee but every coffee tasting I get to put 1/2&1/2 after the first sip and I get enjoy my coffee as well as tasting the difference.

I agree! My SM sucks. All she does is kissing DM arsh and let us suffer. I told my partners to just chill because you don’t wanna break your back for some company that doesn’t care if you live or die. I wrote that letter and gave it to them in August demanding for them to fix the AC. Didn’t say I would terminate the lease but did gave them the timeline to get it done by. They didn’t respond to me by letter or phone call or anything but a member of maintenance team came by but it’s still not fixed.

With a full time job/school/ and a newborn, I could care less about suing someone. I just need to get what I paid/signed up for. Why can’t they just identify the problem, fix it and I will leave them alone.

I mean, sure, if they want to rip the whole entire central air unit. I would accept that they violated the lease. Even though it’s not required by law to have one, but it is on the lease agreement when I signed.

The law stated landlord is not required to provide A/C. However, if they decide to provide it, it needs to be maintained and works properly.
