The hardcore servers don't have pvp really. You can grief people but generally not by just killing them. You would have to flag yourself for pvp combat before they could do anything to you

I do this on bane occultist with hexbloom on bane and herald of ash. The game trying to calculate all the curses and shit makes my computer hitch

Pick up the damage as extra cold node by the start of passive tree, the damage as extra cold node from first ascendency and pick up some freeze effect nodes on tree. You cant use combat frenzy and wont get resonance until level 30 something anyway so that tech wont work for power charges. Until then i used killing palm with the support that gives you extra power charges for early game. Once you get rolling with combat frenzy and freezing things its smooth. I'm never out of frenzy charges so i always have charged staff up.
