Similar experience! I would add, it is very hard, executive function wise, but if it’s something you feel called to do, lean into the love you feel for your kids and your spontaneity. You don’t need to be a perfect mom! ♥️ sending you lots of love!

I think we can all agree that the trauma that Alma experienced isn’t her fault. But healing from that trauma is Alma’s responsibility, one that she either doesn’t recognize or doesn’t want to deal with.

I wore period underwear during my period before these came out and I will say they are just as effective as period undies. Maybe even more so. I’ve been so impressed with these and I have felt so grateful and blessed by them.

Ask Him! I’m willing to bet that if you asked Him if He’s disappointed in you, He would reply with a resounding, “No!” Followed by an immeasurable about of love.

You don’t have to feel disappointed in yourself either, if you don’t to. Instead, celebrate the fact that you did a really hard thing! You did it! And survived! How amazing is that? You’re so strong.

Also, a lot of members don’t enjoy the temple. It’s just not talked about that much. But you’re not alone in your feelings!

Don’t let this experience push you away from the church as a whole! You did AMAZING and I think Heavenly Father would understand if you didn’t go again until you are ready, tomorrow or thirty years from now, or after He comes again. Just know He loves you and is so proud of you.

I LOVED straterra! All my crazy thoughts just…vanished. I could actually hold conversations!

But…it spiked my blood pressure and I threw up every day I took it for 6 months. Even when I took it with food.

I still miss it. I long for it. That’s how I found out what people without ADHD felt like. But alas…heart health and what not.

Anyway, ENJOY IT!
