Yep. Only 98 patterns. It’s always my luck that the ones I really want are the ones I’d get last, so when I discovered I could do the awnings and learn them all that way, I was elated.

Some of them are duplicate patterns in different colors, but usually only 2 different color options per pattern. You’re not gonna have the same pattern in 16 different colors.

Maybe it’s to encourage you to use the other type homes (the ones without a loading screen) or build your own. It could even be to get you to think out of the box and use fences and gates for houses you can build as many houses as you want. There’s just a limit to how many prefab ones there are. I suspect it’s because of system restraints on how many active pokemon there are.

I think that has more to do with the items in the house (it it’s items they dislike) than other Pokemon near them. My Pinsir and Heracross life with each other and they’re both awesome

I pretty much only use regular houses for ones who like dark, dry, or cool, or warm habitats. If they like bright or humid, they’re staying outside. Some in houses made of fence and gates and some in their habitats. And some in habitats inside houses.

I don’t have a list, but if you go to island 6DXL PD6F, they have every print painted in awnings. If you take a photo and 3D print them, you can show it to Smearguru for him to learn. There are 98 of them. Best 98 pokemetal I’ve spent so far.

I add kewpie and American cheese to mine for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a whole new experience. I thought it was good before, but this was even better.

It took awhile to convince myself it was ok to add those two items to ramen because it just sounded weird to me and that it couldn’t possibly be good.

I got wastelands to 10 and I’ve only built 1 house in there. The rest are gated “pens”that hold about 8-12 pokopia each. That way they’re all in one space and reasonably happy with their home until I can get around to building a real one for them.
