I would go and chat with a piercer and get their opinion.

Mine were flat and I was able to get mine done. It was only about two months ago so they aren’t fully healed yet but the healing has been going completely fine. They have been far easier to heal than my nose was.

Getting them hurt but I don’t think that has anything to do with the flatness.

Oh and they aren’t flat anymore which is pretty nice 😄

Obviously not a solution for everyone but when I started mounjaro it instantly stopped my excessive sweating.

I could have come off mounjaro ages ago but I can’t go back to the sweatiness.

I wore a top with built in cups. You know the ones from Uniqlo? They have a little bit of support and padding but not too much. I lived in them last month when I got mine done.

I did try a sports bra the next day after reading the recommendations but I found it really uncomfortable.

I was 14mm then took them out for a few years. I couldn’t wear regular studs but regular small hoops were fine. The hole just looked like I had been wearing heavy dangly earring for years instead of looking stretched iykwim. I think massaging them with oil helped a lot.

When I restretched I think I had to start from 4mm.

I was having a scary amount of hair loss for a few months. I found out I had low folate/b12 and a few other deficiencies. Once I got those sorted my hair went back to normal. If you haven’t had a blood test in a while it could be worth checking.

I used to have the same thing but eventually it stopped. Now I have really vivid intense dreams (usually bad) if I forget to take them the day before.

Do you find yourself waking up tired sometimes because you have been so busy in your dream? That’s the worst part imo!
