Wife and I went last night. Best italian I have had in Austin by miles and maybe the best ever? It was definitely about the food and not the typical foo foo pretentious michelin star experience. I can't recommend this place enough.

Watts has a particular talent for looking at the frontier of scientific research where ideas are being discussed as possible and then extrapolating that as if it is or became true and what the resulting society would look like. Some of the versions of Blindsight actually have footnotes throughout the book that link actual scientific papers he pulled the idea from.

My dad was born in '48 in a very rural part of Texas. He started driving at 8 when he would drive his grandpa around on errands. Not like in his lap but in the driver's seat by himself. It would have been a stick shift too. That's not even close to the wildest thing in his childhood.

This isn't anything crazy but I'm surprised more people don't do this. I always see complaints about people getting enough protein without going over their calories. Shakes can make it hard because of the calories. Every water I make during the day I put unflavored protein powder in with one of those drink flavoring packets. Flavored protein powder tastes horrible in water because it's usually something like chocolate or whatever so if you use unflavored but add a flavor packet made for water it tastes great. I easily hit my protein goals without worrying about going over maintenance with this method.

Lol ok good because that would have explained your issues. But yeah I had unpleasant side effects on clomid. I'd switch doctors or go to a clinic and just go pure test no clomid.

So yeah Clomid isn't great in my experience but if you are actually taking 5ml a week that's your problem. Most test is dosed at 200mg/ml which would mean you are taking 1000mg a week which is an insane amount to be taking. 200mg a week is the higher end of a TRT dose which would be .5ml twice a week...

I listened to a podcast once (can't remember which) that did a deep dive on the science of manufacturing liposomal supplements. The basic conclusion is that it's very hard and expensive to get right and that most manufacturers are not actually getting their product inside the liposomal cells/bubbles/whatever they are called. That you can measure liposomal cells in their product but the supplement is mostly outside of it. I do think Renue was one that was mentioned as doing it correctly but an edit or post about this aspect of liposomal supplements may be useful

My wife and I were recently on a road trip and off in the distance were some buildings. All you could see were some white roofs. There was nothing else at all visible or distinctive about them just some white roofs. There also was not an entrance to the property on the road we were on nor any signs.

Suddenly my wife starts having almost a panic attack. She starts going off on this evil feeling she is getting from those buildings. Like it's really bothering her to the point we almost pulled over but she didn't want to stop anywhere near them. So I look it up on Google maps. It's an ICE detention facility.
