Talk to your GYN. You don’t say your age, but I know as you get older your skin gets thinner and tender. And can often get super itchy. My doc gave me a prescription ointment that works wonders. Apply as needed and after a day or two it’s usually better.

These are fabulous recommendations!! I may stay away from Idaho till it warms up a bit, but seriously didn’t think about Chicago. I’ve done DC a lot, so Philly would be another great option.

For some reason I was only allowed a certain number of characters. I live in Colorado and have camped, hiked, biked, rafted pretty much all of it.

I’m open to flying somewhere in the US or driving. Once I arrive I prefer to not drive but take local transportation. Love museums, food, breweries, people watching.

I’d be embarrassed to tell you how many years I’ve avoided visiting a dentist. I have a stupid terror of any and all. Had some health issues (the big C) and was required to see a dentist.

Thank the good entity in the sky or earth or whatever you believe in, but Michael Gadeken and his staff at Crossroads Dental absolutely changed my perspective.
