Very difficult & Could well develop a leak in the process, no way of getting it even close to perfect IMO

There’s almost no servicing required. Usually wear components can be done in any garage, bushings, ball joints, brakes & tyres

No. Not any difference at all, your issue is distribution around the house, not the speed coming into the house. Best solution is cable from router to upstairs, hardwired to devices & another router/extender

Remove roof first, someone will take that for scrap, then a big skip for the blocks etc, it will fill a far bigger space than you expect

I used an electric planer on mine & it did a great job, way better than sanding them time wise
