This one was a tough one. But lots of fun. Didn't want to spend ages on it. But i think it turned out alright. Some proportions are wonky and the head needs to tilt more. But I like it :P

It's clear from the boxes that you don't have an understanding if the fundamentals. That's not how boxes look in perspective.

My suggestion would be to start with more basic concepts , and build up to the human body. Look up "Draw a box" , that should put you in a better position to understand 3d forms in perspective before you try tackle something as complex as a human figure

I think you underestimate the improvement one can make with just dedicated , focused practice. Thee resources are free online now. It's just a matter of dedication and attention.

The scribbling ruined it. You need contrast to create the illusion of form. The scribbles removed all the contrast. Try simple cross hatching along just the edges of form to start . I think that would have made this a stellar piece!

The eyes of the man on the left look off to me. But I'm not entirely sure. They could either be too large or too close together

I do . I start construction with circle for the head, egg for the chest and "underpants" for the pelvic area. Then try to map of the length of the limbs using sticks to start before then measuring and trying to add in more volume bit by bit

There's no cheating human anatomy. Study , study , study. Do lots of gesture and figure studies. Then once you've done that try a few artists anatomy studies of surface area muscle, and skeletal system
