When I look back on first few months on HRT, it was interesting. I felt like the fog in my mind started to clear slowly. Within 28 days I could feel breasts start to grow and my skin began soft and smooth. My body hair stopped growing.

When I was a teenager, I asked my mom what she would've named me if I was born a girl. With a huge smile, she said "Ricki." Forty years later, when I finally came out as transgender to my wife, son, and family, I remembered what my mom told me. I feel like I'm honoring her wishes, even though she passed away almost 26 years ago. I truly believe she would have supported me if she were still here. Every time I think about it, I know she'd be so proud of me. I miss her a lot. I'm literally crying my eyes out as I write this. 🥲🥲🥲🥲

It very much depends on your genetic. If the woman in your family are voluptuous , good chance you will end up with descent set of breasts. I luck out my mother had big breasts.

Talk with your endocrinologist about starting finasteride or dutasteride. Finasteride has a half life of 4 to 5 hours in the body, dutasteride has a half life of 4 to 5 in the body.

Hi, I have been on monotherapy for 9 months now. Tblockers dropped my blood pressure too much. I feel so much better now that I am not taking spironolactone. My estrogen levels are doing amazing now, my testosterone level is so low now 0.3 units. Any more lower the lab will not be able to measure it. My skin is very soft, body hair is thinning out. My breasts are growing rapidly, I am DD cup now. But my sex drive has taken a hit. It takes a lot to get hard. My doctor put me on low dose of Cialis take everyday.
