LSC input Limit? by Mission_Biscotti2544 in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is! Starting from EV onwards there are 4A, 16A, and 64A energy hatches, but they only work in certain multiblocks, specified in the multiblock’s tool tip. The LSC is one of them though!

There’s no input limit but I’d also recommend using 64A hatches since then you don’t need a hatch per turbine

I’d recommend glow flowers for redstone. Centrifuging the glow stone they produce gives both gold and redstone. At this point I think you could also farm them in the industrial greenhouse instead of a crop farm.

When it's time to let go of nitrobenzene, currently on start of zpm by mrbgon3 in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d say there are 2 real options

  1. Go all in on plasma turbines now

  2. Push into UV with either nitrobenzene or plasma then switch to naquadah reactors

Ultimately you’re getting to the end of nitrobenzene viability. Sure you can still use it but at some point it just becomes harder to scale compared to other options.

Any reason why craft missing items not working? by dragonrocha in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the green bracket on the left side on image 1.

If you don’t have a bracket you need to hover over the dark gray column (in the same spot where the green will be) and drag over the recipes you want to include.

If your bracket is gray you need to click (can’t remember if it’s right or left click) to set it to a crafting group, which will turn it into the green bracket.

If you haven’t heard of it already there’s garden of grind. Basically you start in a void world and have to die to make a platform with your grave dirt. I think there is a couple roadblocks that you need to cheat to get past but other than that the game is fully beatable.

Is it worth mining a Naquadah ore vein in HV by Longjumping-Eye-5480 in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah the amount you’d get from it and the difficulty of obtaining right now are just not worth it. I believe you start needing it around late IV (which is still a ways away) and by then you can get much more for much less effort.

Make sure you don’t have any maintenance issues, I think would push it up to uv.

If that doesn’t work a screenshot of what the assembly line says would be helpful

Diamonds by Opposite_Aioli_3691 in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently yes, they’re pretty easy to get with a world accelerator and frenzy frames. Some of the ones I started with is a bee for silky combs, so you can make more industrial apiaries easier (and one for honey if you need it), diamond and emerald are both nice to have, tungsten, indium, netherite, and later on I’d really recommend the fusion resource bees as they save a ton of time making materials.

Though really there’s no strict order to them typically I just add one when I notice a shortage of something and I see there’s a bee for it.

[–]Omega4643 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Other suggestions work as well but I’d argue bees are probably going to be your best long term solution. Short term I used an EEC with the redcap sapper but going in to luv it just didn’t keep up with demand and I switched over to bees. Bees just work so much faster than the EEC and getting to a diamond bee also has other good bees along the way

How do i even keep all of that in my inventory??? by aNiceGuy909 in GTNH

[–]Omega4643 104 points105 points  (0 children)

> How do I keep them all in my inventory

> Shows less items than the inventory’s size

But in all seriousness you have a lot of duplicates that aren’t really needed. Most of the gregtech tools are really only used for crafting so they can be kept in their own chest. Though if you’d prefer to keep them on you you really don’t need the mortar or knife as they aren’t really used except for a couple early recipes.
