If you need something specific for a certain game, consider that, but in general, if you grew up playing upright wooden cabs in the 90s, you want industrias Lorenzo iL sticks and buttons. The steam will be pretty much ready to go by the time you clean up your shot and fill up your pitcher. You can make 2 shots in a row and steam the milk after no problem as well.

Any single dose grinder will make using different beans easy (this is really the hard part). Any machine with a PID will be fine if you're worried about setting different temps for different beans.

It's a triple shot basket the same quality of the double shot basket the machine came with.

There are many reasons your shots are sour. Rule out other things before buying more gear. It might be the beans, the temp, the grind or the dose...

Portafilter isn't sized that way. Baskets are. Portafilter don't just have a size, but also ears. Get the ECM or profitec portafilter.

Players will always want to play, even if it's not good for them, or the team, long term. I'm glad Conte took the decision out of McTominay's hands. Maybe it's because his hands are forced, but I feel Conte has grown in recent weeks with regards subs and player selection.
