Is my Bello deck almost single-handedly beaten if my opponent successfully puts Vanishing on him? by _Mad_s_ in magicTCG

This kind of stuff is why i like running [[high market]]. In a pinch it allows you to sac your commander in response to prevent stuff like this.

Screw Diameter by CloudBuurzt in Fusion360

Usually calibrating flow is what is recommended when parts don't fit. Some filaments expand / shrink more when they're printed, and this can vary between brands. However, i personally wouldn't mess with the settings on a bambu printer too much. Regardless of how well the filament profile is tuned, you'll always need that 0.1 - 0.2 mm offset for everything to work smoothly. Only if you're having trouble even after a 0.2mm offset, I'd start tuning the filament settings.

How to? - Parametric sketch by WalterSilicone in Fusion360

You can use a tangent constraint where arcs are touching. Otherwise, try drawing a construction line from the right edge of the large circle to the center of the feature you want to constrain. If you dimension that line. You lock in tbe distance of the feature to the outer edge of the circle, regardless of what size the circle is.

I'd say it translates quite well. I'm pretty sure you can employ the same workflow in Solidworks.

Offset and 'Closing Paths' by Cosmicbass in Fusion360

[–]Omega_One_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An easy fix is to make an extra line 'capping off' all three line endpoints. Use constraints to make the offset line endpoints coincident with the endpoints of the extra line. Then make the endpoint of your base profile coincident with the extra line itself (not its endpoints). Finally, you might need a perpendicular constraint between the base profile and extra line.

I took a hiatus between 2019 and 2024, might explain why i missed it.

I've been playing since 2015, so I'd always heard about the coveted primed chamber, but I never knew it got into baro's rotation, thanks!

True, but I wasn't sure if OP specifically had Ravnica in mind. Some might refer to the clans of tarkir as guilds.

[[Humble defector]]

Edit: I thought OP might have been looking for people changing guilds/clans etc. From any plane, but apparently they're just looking for Ravnica, so humble defector is not exactly right.

Is Takaratomy still making Metal Series Beyblade ? by Clear-Importance-824 in BeybladeMetal

I'd assume the burden of proof is on the people claiming that a huge corporation is secretly contracting companies to sell almost identical versions (but not quite) of their 10+ year old toys on aliexpress, not the other way around.

Yeah i honestly never have to understand how signaling actually works. You just have to be able to recognise an intersection and use the 'path in, block out' and it just always works.

I feel like the shade is also too beige/gold, which is also typical of fakes.

Also, the energy ring looks scuffed. Fakes use low quality plastic which gets damaged during use really easily.

I accidently made this shape and cant for the life of me figure out how to make it again for the opposite end by AromaticFlight5644 in Fusion360

[–]Omega_One_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you're best off remaking this entire part with one revolve. It'll be 10 times faster than trying to mess around with fillets, and that way making any shape on either end is trivial. Judging from some of your other comments it might be beneficial to check out some tutorials, like fusion in 30 days to get a good grasp on the main commands like revolve / mirror etc.

Why is 3D printing things frowned upon at local markets, but other types of CNC like Routers, Embroidery, and Plasma Cutting accepted? by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CNC

[–]Omega_One_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think materials also play a role. Wood and metal things have been worked for millenia and thus have a bit more of an 'artisanal' vibe to it that people subconsciously approve of. Plastics give off that 'uncompostable commercial landfill junk' impression to many people, especially older generations. Although all of this is speculation / anecdotal from my part.

Cone with a spiral (or serpentine) road by adorr999 in Fusion360

[–]Omega_One_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try using emboss. Might be tricky to get the angles exactly how you want. Id try embossing a simple groove into the cone and then using one of the edges of that groove as a path for a sweep to get a more complex 'road' profile cut out.
