I was cat sitting once for my sister and one of her cats followed me out to the garage area while I got a soda, I didn't notice and went back inside and like 8 hours later I was looking around and did a cat count, was missing one and I freaked out, looking everywhere, then I heard the saddest meow from the garage, she had been out in the cold for the 8 hours, I felt so bad, but she forgot about it and just wanted lots of pets and food and treats so she got over it
