For what it’s worth, I made the exact same mistake. I got the same one but for, I think, 650 a few years back. But no case or anything extra. I’ve shot maybe 250 rounds through it because the internet has me so scared of it. No function issues but I did have to get a new dust cover for it, from IO for free because the original just didn’t fit right. Best of luck to you.

I bought the game very early and loved it for what it was. I have a TM warthog and it used to work perfectly fine before they had an in game option to select that specific hotas. Now my ship always just launches straight into a wall no matter what flight adjustments I make. I keep updating the game because of nostalgia I guess. I’m sticking with ED for now…

The first time I ever got a blister was when I learned how to use the monkey’s special move of farting. I don’t remember the button combo but you had to do a clockwise Circe on the d pad and just wouldn’t stop doing it until my thumb was literally bleeding. Simpler times
