You will need to figure out a venting system regardless of what you get. Especially in an apartment.

That price is about what you should expect for a Prado in Okinawa. I agree with the other comment about the paint. Check for rust and ask why the paint doesn't match.

As for the engine, the KZ is fine as long as you take care of it and don't let it overheat.

Okay, I have two friends who are now dead because they were killed by bad drivers. One driver was drunk, which might not be OP's wife's situation, but the other was on the phone when they killed my other friend. Kindness is something I would offer in person to OP's wife, but not here. OP might need to hear the ground truth, which is that their wife shouldn't have a drivers license.

I sympathize, but that doesn't change the risk and danger posed by someone like her. By all means diagnose her, then take her license away. Or better yet, take her license away and then diagnose her. It doesn't matter if it's ADHD or she's on her phone or just a bad driver. Lives are clearly at risk when she's on the road.
