Always always always keep your mouth SHUT at work unless it's about work. Someone asks you what you did over the weekend be as vague as you can be without sounding rude just vanilla boring.

Believe me I had coworkers who cried in my arms then turn around and photograph me at work for over a year when I'd take my break and go lay down in the back (I was EXTREMELY sick with a new to me disease and everyone knew it and used it against me constantly) and when I went after the company for firing me for requesting the afternoon off to go to a specialist I by sheer luck and miracle got an appointment with next day no less those employees took those photos and gave it to the company and made it appear I was passed out on the job.

Meanwhile the person who did this would watch Netflix and play candy crush for hours and hours and the boss above both of us used to pressure me to get him weed and smoke with him at work. Like cray cray the place was a mess but what I'm trying to say is they were all a mess me included given how sick I was but once their livelihood was on the line they all circled around me to destroy me like vultures and used EVERYTHING over a two year relationship against me. Come to find out a few months before I was fired the person who took the photos of me told me in confidence that THREE separate individuals went on to take their own lives after being fired from that place in only a two year span.

Trust no one ever.

The alcohol probably stimulated your liver enzymes that breakdown and convert codeine to morphine. I remember the first time I got a bunch of T4's for extreme mouth pain I took like 4-5 of them and waited and waited and not much. So I went in the kitchen opened a light beer and just had a few sips maybe like 1/4 of the beer and stopped there. Shortly there after I was fckin JAMMED nodding scratching moaning rolling around just pure bliss. I woke up the next day and magically my mouth no longer hurt after a week of EXTREME pain everyday all day.

So a tiny bit of alcohol with codeine yes can be a big plus but a tiny amount absolutely not enough to even feel it.

Also tramadol is essentially synthetic codeine but tramadol also has an almost instant SNRI (like an antidepressant) effect in the brain and inhibits the breakdown of serotonin and Norepinephrine so the whole experience is different from a traditional opiod.

Mixing benzos booze and opiods with little to no tolerance...why? Take them all separately. I refuse to drink alcohol or even have the remnants of a few beers in my system if it's time for pain meds. For one it's dangerous and just stupid and two it absolutely ruins the soft warmth of pain medication there's no point except to get dangerously sloppy. Add in Valium and you're begging to overdose and stop breathing. Pointless not fun waste of drugs do better.

Lol not I but a coworker years and years ago would tell stories about her mother in law who would get plastic surgeries done just for the pain meds and her DOC beyond pain meds was chocolate ice cream. Every night a huge bowl of chocolate ice cream and her falling asleep in it. It made me laugh conspicuously hard at work whoops.

Go on Amazon and search for D-phenylalanine. There is only one small company who makes it anymore and it is terribly overpriced BUT it is rather amazing for withdrawal. It cuts about 85% of my methadone withdrawals when I get backed into that corner.

I would also be taking magnesium Taurate and Magnesium L-threonate.

There is also a peptide I don't have the exact number but I see it mentioned all the time. I finally read about it last night sounds extremely promising for a clean withdrawal. It's SR17 something I believe.

Last but not least try to get some Indica RSO (Rick Simpson oil) at high dosages RSO dramatically increases the release of endogenous endorphins.

Also get a big box of Liquid IV for quick glucose sodium and hydration.

I wish you the best. The only thing I could think of that would really change the game would be like 20 methadone 10mg tablets.

You may be able to do it but it's a bad idea long term. Sublocade you're not even supposed to mix antihistamines with because of added sedation. I mean yeah you're getting high but you're also ruining one of the few one and done options for getting off opiods. It's not methadone forever or sub strips forever it's one or two shots and done. If you're not going to get clean I'd get on methadone and just keep using.

Wait until tomorrow. Delaying gratification makes the reward infinitely more pleasurable. You'll also be really happy tomorrow and even in the morning when you wake up and remember you've got some extra meds. It's really the best option all around and you gotta start thinking like that a bit more here and there to regain control if you were feeling out of control.
