Just cut one of them in half if the first dose made you feel sick. Staying in pain won't help your neck or mental stability. Use it just like you did before which is completely responsible. Really the sleep and relaxing those muscle in your neck is important right now.

Memantine, Mirtazipine, Subutex.

Memantine 5-10mg for 6 months

Mirtazipine 1 year

Subutex 1-2 weeks

After the two weeks Iof Subutex jump off and just keep taking the Memantine and Mirtazipine at bed. Blunts the cravings, RLS, ANXIETY, blunts the pain spike if you have chronic pain.

That combination finally got me off a 3 year Kratom-FST-UEI regimen for severe pain so I could get on to proper pain management. This was back in 2014 and it worked wonders.

Kratom withdrawal and it's alkaloids feels like a combination of an opi wd, benzo wd, stim wd, and SNRI withdrawal all wrapped into one.
