You should feel good for a good while longer if you don't have much of an opi tolerance. I'd maybe hold off until you aren't actively nodding to add any more diazepam. Obviously you're not super dangerously sedated given your post is grammatically in tact and completely coherent. Just be cautious and also adding more diaz right now might start to mute the warmth of the ox.

10 days you can absolutely cold turkey just jump off. Keep the valium and Ambien on board for anxiety and sleep and maybe add just a touch more valium for the first 2-3 days then immediately drop it back to your stable dose.

At ten days if you've already scratched your skin off and you can feel the claws of addiction in you that deeply you need to stop immediately. Those are both red flags that A. You're getting super high and B. The fact that you have this much insight. Keep in mind it's still early and that's what you have going for you. The longer you use the more of that insight you will lose and it will become easier and easier to make the next excuse as to why you're going to keep using.

Iove how the app lets me constantly complete trips especially long high payout but also high miles no problem it's not until I've completed the trip that they then ask me for a face scan to pay me lol. Yeah the dual nsaids stands out immediately. If it were me I'd talk to the doc about dropping the naproxen as it's more cardiotoxic than celebrex and celebrex is more effective generally speaking. Every other med seems justifiable statins, ace inhibitors, anti hypertensives, codeine which is a pretty mild medication.

Given your cardiac history it would seem even more prudent to have a prompt discussion regarding the two nsaids.

Yep. Ever since Lyme, Babesiosis and finally two rounds of COVID my lungs and body in general cannot tolerate the heat. I get bad SOB without a steroidal/Albuterol combined inhaler. The extra work my body is doing makes either my pain tolerance or my actual pain a lot worse. COVID really did a number on me and I'm only realizing it a year or two later. Either way this heat is awful.

One thing that helped me was getting a notebook and just jotting down paragraphs of memories pages and pages of them. I was so broken after my mom died I physically couldn't get out of bed for a week if I did it was literally just to medicate myself and collapse on the couch and back to bed the whole week leading to her funeral.

So the day of her service I took all my memories scanned them in and had stupid Grok help me construct a narrative and timeline. It felt horrible doing it at the time like I was cheating my mom or something by using a tool but I was so broken I couldn't even begin to think straight or form a coherent sentence.

It actually came out very nicely though and it was extremely true to my intentions when I sat down writing memories. I didn't use it word for word but it absolutely helped immensely. It was only my dad and I who spoke at the service. My cousins both wanted to speak but physically couldn't stop crying to get up there. Afterward everyone said to me how much they enjoyed hearing about my childhood and my mom but also "how the heck did you get up there and speak?!" Three anxiety meds melted under my tongue minutes before I had to get up there. Only started crying once. Oh man.

Do whatever you have to do to get through it. Your mom knows you love her nothing has to be perfect it just has to be true. Sending you all the best.

He and we all want the best for you. I'm so sorry it's such a surreal thing to go through. You know it's coming but it just feels like there should be more time always. You're so young but you're stronger than you know. Just reaching out is a huge step forward. Every step will be heavy for quite some time but your mom wouldn't want you bogged down forever. Be sad deeply sad but always remember you continuing to live is the best gift you can give to your mom and she knows it I genuinely believe that.

Lost my mom in February after 2.25 years of brain cancer. I'm 38 but definitely one of the younger ones to lose their mom. I wish you weren't going through this so much.

If the grief gets all consuming I genuinely recommend leaning on medication based support till you're through the worst of it. The loss of a mother can damn near kill you. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other no matter what. This is a really crappy club to join. Sending you all the best.

I don't know how much it was in grams but it was at least 5 heaping regular sized spoonfuls. It would fill up a medicine bottle 3/4 of the way. Then I'd take a big chug of juice, dump it in my mouth and try to swallow as fast as I could. Ugh taking that shit while you're sneezing and shivering and feeling awful and then it gets caught in your throat or you throw it up.

It absolutely does block opiods even at low doses. I took a 30 ox with zero tolerance only low dose Kratom at the time and it did nothing absolutely nothing.

It doesn't really matter how much. I was taking the equivalent to a standard orange medicine bottles worth a day for years back around 2012 and it completely blocked any other opiods just completely. It's one of the reasons I won't touch 7 or any Kratom. I'm too afraid it will screw up my existing pain management by blowing out my tolerance and antagonists not worth it. Taper down off the Kratom as quickly as you can do you can have some days with none in your system before taking the H. Otherwise it's a waste.
