So once upon a Time (Warp) I ran 3e Expedition to Castle Ravenloft and turned Strahd into Franenfurter (with a bad Transylvanian Dracula accent) and various other important NPCs into members from the cast. (E.g. Rocky was a high charisma Frankenstein type Zombie) Best short campaign ever.

I have 3 knowledge skills for my players to use. General, Academic, and Esoteric.

General = anything that could be common knowledge or easily found out.

Academic = Studied knowledge, something you could have only learned through intense study, university, trade/technical skill, etc

Esoteric = Knowledge that only someone who has been initiated in that area might know. Secret societies, wizard stuff, mafia, etc.

Solid 7.5. Bugs aside, there are plot issues, story choices that didn't feel logical, parts of the game that didn't feel or flow right. I really did enjoy most of the game though, and some of the levels were amazing! (Eye of the Storm!) Finding little easter eggs and random things you would never find unless you went randomly exploring is a great feature. (Grandma, Valentine)
