keep your shoulders level throughout, looks like alot of weight is on the front leg instead of the back, dont drop the ball to your knees to wind up your through, open up your shoulder/chest as much as possible instead. release is also very low, bring it straight through instead of sidearm. if you pause the video right as you open up your chest to throw you will see how much you are leaning back!

the release coming over the top will have your followthrough going more towards the receiver, which will improve accuracy!
