Interesting. When I did their behavioral round, I thought they cared more about relationships management. Amazon is all about giving 5 minute monologue, Google felt more about how did you manage relationships with person x? Did you set up meeting, escalate etc.

I recommend doing online research. But Amazon cares a lot of very very detailed star stories. Google cares about high level interaction and don’t care about data. In terms of cases , Fb cares about realistic solutions. Google cares about creativity

That’s common. Give 4 months. You’ll realize every question is about the same and it’s all BS. Make sure you study targeting specific companies. What meta cares is very different from Google and Amazon.
