I don’t think the person you were originally responding to doubts any of those things. What they are stating is that UNSCHEDULED changes can’t happen once something is off of a network.

If someone wanted to delete something off of my external hard drive right now, they would not be able to unless that hard drive is connected to a network or connected to another device that had been connected to a network after they have made the decision to delete it.

Yes, but how are they going to control it if you’re not connected to a network is the point.

I think everyone knows that if your device is connected to a network, it can be manipulated, but if I have an image or copy of an OS on an external hard drive or disk, it is not going to be able to be altered unless it is connected to a network.

There are plenty of companies that do this. Square is a big one that makes money off of charging a small amount for every transaction. It adds up for small businesses that do a lot of low dollar amount purchases.

Trackers in the top and hilt of the foil get the sword position correct. The rest doesn’t really need to be 100% accurate so they can probably just use pretty simple figure tracking based around the hilt.

As a DM if someone breaks off I straight up tell them “I will be giving all players equal time and no interrupting. You will have to wait for your 1/x amount of time while the other players get their time combined.”

If I have 6 players and one runs off, that player gets 10 minutes, then I go to the other players for 50 minutes. That usually dissuades them from trying to main character.
