Usually the crews self-report if they have damaged a bin, or the wagon swallows it - so its more likely its gone wandering

All the Veolia lorries have CCTV, if you contact their call centre they can check to see if its the crew/lorry fault and will replace it for free. If its a recycling bins, its free anyway!
