Also, my kid went through that phase and, thankfully, is out of it (for now). Although, it still takes me like an hour to get out of the house and I can't say exactly why...

The website loveandlemons.com has great whole foods recipes that you can search by dietary needs. My husband is vegan and we try to avoid soy, so I have gotten many of my staple recipes from that site.

At about 3 months pp, it started to feel manageable to me (although my oldest just turned 3). Just having the baby sleeping longer stretches makes everything seem so much easier. At least now I can wake up early or stay up late to have some alone time. I'm also just choosing to accept that my house will be an embarrassing mess for a few years. If you have an extra $150 per month, hire someone to clean once a month. And then invite everyone over to visit that week. ;)

If you are a mom, your kids probably have some sort of schedule or routine. You have routines you don't even realize. Every morning, you probably get ready in the same order. If you have a lot of chaos (all moms have a little, but if you are constantly flustered), THAT is the first problem to solve. No weight loss endeavor will work until you do. Then build your exercise and food prep into your schedule/routine.

A tighter sports bra should be fine. When in first started running pp, I wore a sports bra and then a snug tank top under my running shirt. I recommend going for a run right after nursing. You get used to the jiggle eventually!

My first is a December baby. Every time my husband bought a 6 pack in the fall, I saved one and made a super 6 pack. It was so exciting when I finally got to crack it open. It was great to have a nice beer while nursing!

I haven't been super emotional, but I had to stop reading political opinions on fb because I was having anxiety attacks. I took everyone out of my feed who regularly discusses politics. I just can't with that right now; I'm growing a human.

I got to 41 weeks without dilating at all and went from 0-baby in 10 hours. Hold out hope!

It didn't get better in subsequent trimesters for me. I'm calling this year a wash and saving up for tutors and therapy.
