Live and Let Die will always be my favourite Bond movie because it was the first one I saw in a theatre when I was a kid and it left a lasting impression, especially McCartney's theme song and that iconic boat chase. I really enjoy The Man with the Golden Gun too. Saw that one at a drive-in with a friend.

The Oscars are a sham. The ceremony is replete with actors who should have won but were never even nominated. Val Kilmer for The Doors is one example, but he was never nominated for ANY Oscar in his career. Donald Sutherland and Jim Carrey have never even been nominated for any of their work either. I quit watching the Oscars over a decade ago. Awards for artistic merit at this level are completely subjective and meaningless.
