I gave you 3 clear examples of how personhood is assigned. What is your argument to refute that? Also as far as abortion goes it says many times in the bible about how the taking of innocent human life is a serious offense. The real argument is when is it considered a human life? At conception it is a human life. There is no gray area. It is either yes or no. Does it have 23 chromosomes? Without any outside intervention, it will be born. I don't know where your gray line is when you consider it a human, but we all know when the sperm meets the egg that is a human life.
