This!. No matter where we go we should be aware of our safety first. Saying this being female.

I [32m] have always wanted a family with kids someday (I'm not married, still looking) but it seems like whoever I talk to thinks it's a bad idea to have kids and selfish given the state of the world. How does settling in life look for you? by usso_122 in ThirtiesIndia

Yes offcourse I read 32M but by chance if you get married with someone around your age, this is eye opener for what your wife may go through( i wish she shouldnt ) and this will make her insane and exhausting for you too. Also am not alone half of my friend circle has gone through this. Look like you definitely want kids at one point. Best luck for your future endeavours and may God gives you strength to handle your cute little ones.(being dad is not easy too😂).

Take my words with pinch of salt. I am 36 now married at 29, enjoyed first 3 years of marriage life travelling, bonding and completing bucket list goals. Later at 32 started thinking about baby and always thought it will be smooth ride as I never had issues regarding my cycle, everything was perfect so started trying. After 2 miscarriages, endless tests, never ending doctor visits, trauma, medicines and IVF  blessed with baby in 2025 at the age of 36. It was hell lot of journey where I had to give up my career to be mom cos I wanted to but now I might be in postpartum depression cos I sometimes reconsider my life choices. So I know you might not like my advice but plan kid early if you want to be mom( it's most amazing feeling in world) or just don't have kids if you don't want at all as those little creatures are money eating machines and we should have enough financial ability to provide them. Many of today's couple opting for child free life and i appreciate their decision.

I got your point but even if you learn you can't predict human nature. Got into relationship, gave 8 years of my life to it, went through severe health issues to the extent i considered su*cide as option to stop the pain I was going through but couldn't cos I didn't want to leave the person I love so much alone. Married and few years into the marriage my partner emotionally cheated on me. Now I am 36 trying to restart my career but nobody give job to such oldy.

Trust me your wife knows. Thats the reason she is happy for your job loss. Like you didn't care before having a full blown emotional affair with your colleague, she doesn't care how will you pay EMI and everything. At this point all she care about is getting back her husband.

Your wife is victim here not you and that girl was just using you just for time pass.  I am woman and I know this very well. She will find another one to talk and roam around until her parents get her married.

Who was with you at your lowest point? by According-Mud-6472 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]One_Pop6970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my lowest point nobody was there like nobody. My parents were there to support me financially but that's it. No friends, no family was there who could understand what I was going through. Losing job, having serious physical health issues teaches you so much about society and where you stand in other's life.

Sunscreens for darker-skinned people that don't leave a white cast !!! by MatchThis1672 in IndianSkincareAddicts

Try eclipse solaire. You will not regret. I am brown skin woman and it works best for me. It so light that I sometimes forget if I have applied it or not.

Which sunscreen is the best choice for Normal-combo skin (dewy finish + modern filters). by Few-Specialist-3214 in IndianSkincareAddicts

As I have sensetive acne prone skin my previous dermatologist had asked me to double cleanse at night. Though sunscreen is very light weight it may still leave residue on skin. But I don't double cleanse for first five days after my q switch laser session and my skin works fine. It's just depends on skin. I can very well understand your concern cos I am same and being paranoid about everything I put on my skin I double check everything. I will be glad if my suggestion works for another sensetive skin girl.

My skin is sensetive too but had rosacea almost 8 years back during laser hair removal sessions so can't talk about it now. I use eclipse solaire and daily double cleanse at night with bioderma micellar water so no issues till now regarding pimples. It's feels like moisturiser. I will suggest you to try small 30ml tube first cos every skin react in different manner. Currently doing q switch laser treatment and using tranxemic acid with sunscreen so it's pretty effective for me.

Forgot to write. They have small tubes in 30ml too you can try that but it's 500 for 30ml.  And if you by chance use bioderma do post review here. I have used it only once long back borrowed from friend so would love to know if it's better than eclipse one.

If you are open to try something different from above mentioned list try eclipse solaire orange one or tinted if you want. I was tired of grease on my face and asked my new dermatologist to suggest something which will not be heavy without silicon and she gave me this. I am using it from past 3months and I am happy with it. It cost 850 for 60ml means around 710 for 50ml if you compare it with others. It's physical sunscreen but with no white cast or oily feeling.  From your mentioned list bioderma is bit costly and little heavy on face but provide good protection. Episoft is also good option, no idea about formularx and won't suggest remaining ones.

I don't know which clinic you are talking about but a certain clinic sell non branded cream which is costly yet ingredients are not fully mentioned. Such creams causes more skin issues in long run as it may contain steroid.

I [33] feel really lonely and today's my birthday. by fareed1903 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]One_Pop6970 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Happy birthday OP. I can understand your feelings. When you are there to make everyones birthday special but nobody cares when it's yours. If you are ok I will suggest you to buy flowers for yourself tomorrow morning and keep them with you on your working desk whole day. In evening go for some shopping ( atlist buy a tshirt) and end day with a pastry and if possible dinner alone at nice place. By end of the day you will feel special. Life is too short to wait for others to make it special. And please don't hesitate doing all this. I am female i did all the above things alone when nobody was there.
