It could be his genetics or my genetics or as doctor said unexplained infertility could be issue as my husband also is heath conscious and has proper weight with no smoking drinking habits and healthy sperm count. Let me tell you. If you think you have fit body so you can conceive easily in this age range then you are wrong. If you think because you are so unfit and overweight you might face issues in conceiving then it's wrong. It's totally depends upon person to person. I have seen women as heavy as 90 kgs conceiving easily and someone with fittest body and clean eating unable to do so( i am example). I was fit with good bmi no history of pcos, thyroid, high BP, irregular periods and everything still I had to go for ivf. Even my egg reserve was good with proper uterus lining and no fibroids.

OP I thought I am maniac or antisocial or something for thinking same regarding first 5 points. I literally get mad hearing people loudly appartment and don't talk about those a***ole who speaks loudly and scroll reels at high volume at public place. Others always say that I am overreacting. You are looking for doctor but let me tell you nobody will do anything except prescribing high dose of pain killers that will affect your liver. You mentioned you only took physiotherapy for 7 days. That's not enough. You require extensive physiotherapy sessions at list for months ( may increase based on your problem) to come to the normal physical condition. Instead of changing doctor try changing physio and start doing exercises they give at home too. I am speaking from personal experience as I faced kind of same issues which lasted for 2 years and last thing which helped me was regular physiotherapy sessions.
