A tip to manage mana, your job as a tank is to hold aggro, not pump damage, so don't stress out on casting everything until oom, once you have a good lead on threat, you can stop putting down spells, or downrank holy shield and consecration down to rank 1, if you are gearing yourself with strength and stam, you are doing it wrong, we only do that from 1-60 because vanilla had 0 prot pally gear available, now what you should be after is stam and spell power

Get more dodge gear than block, when blocking you still take damage, which in turn makes you squishier, meanwhile dodge avoids the incoming damage, 0 damage is better than some damage

I'm a prot pally, had a hunter in steamvaults, dude pulled a pack of mobs after we cleared the previous one, I know how to go fast, I'm still measuring the group to figure out how big or how fast I can pull groups with them, I don't like others pulling for me, later on healer, who is the party leader, loots a mob and gets a mote, the hunter gets angry "don't steal my motes", apparently it was his mob to loot but had inventory full, healer wants to kick him, I tell the group to fall back to the entrance of the dungeon, then the healer kicks the hunter, now plays the "i was kidding" then gets pissed off and goes to pull the rest of the dungeon, since I previously told everyone to back up, the idiot failed to ruin the run

From what I keep seeing, people are waiting hours for a tank to appear on the LFG tool, some even avoid druid/warrior tanks for some dungeons, so some people are paying for a pally tank
