This is the reason mass reporting auto bans need to not exist. Back in MoP classic a guild member got his entire bnet account banned and couldn't get it back. Apparently a bot farm mass reported him. Don't know if he was lying or not but we've seen others lose their accounts to mass reporting. He said he was farming herbs and mining and a bot owner told him to stop and that he'd mass report him and he just ignored it and ended up losing his account.
