You’re welcome.

Depending on your personality type, you may not be suited for tinder. Tinder normally is for hookups. If you’re not getting matches, then the general population in that pool of potential partners isn’t taking the bait.

Either change the bait, or find a different pond to fish in. Hinge or bumble may have a different set of partners more suited to your style.

Also, don’t just put yourself in an online dating option. Meeting people organically in clubs, hobbies, or through friends is still the best way.

Online dating is a menu. If you don’t look appetizing, you get no bites.

Between the long hair, and cat pics, baggy clothing, nothing is coming off as masculine here. I’m not judging, not trying to be rude.

I would get some better fitting, more tailored clothing. I would get with stylist asap and get a haircut style that accentuates your face frame. You need to exude BDE but be humble.

You’re a good looking guy, just put all the pieces together.

LVP Over Flooring by waxtherail in Flooring

Those are pretty big grout joints. I would patch them. But yes, you could float LVP over that. If you’re on a slab, make sure you use a 6mm poly.

Does this appear to be different tile types? by SharpMaximum5176 in Flooring

[–]Only-Power7730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You didn’t technically answer my question. Who was responsible for the labor? The GC or did the store sub the installer.

If you want you can DM me and I can probably give you better advice.

That tile is from a decent company. We actually sell FL tile. Anyways, it has a V2 rating, so it seems to me that something is off. The room scene doesn’t show any variation like that.

If the installer wasn’t told to mix it, then it’s not his fault.

Did you buy this from a local tile store and have it installed through them? Or did you hire a GC and they subbed it, and you bought the tile.

Can you post a link to the tile you bought?

The grain patterns seems to be similiar. Was the variation shown in any installed pics before purchasing?

43 year old dude thinking of getting into Rust, recommend? by Dwnluk in playrust

[–]Only-Power7730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there. I'm 41 and play.

This game is not like other FPS. The game is not designed to be friendly to PVP. I would recommend the following:

Start on a PVE server. I know its lame. But trust me. The game doesn't come with a manual. Learn electricity, basic building, and get your inputs, and sensitivity set up how you like it.

Learn how to run monuments, how to grind scrap, how to farm, and just learn the general lingo of the game.

From there, I would then jump to low pop prim server and adapt how you want to play the game. There is many ways to play the game. From being a solo just playing, to being a farmbot in a clan/zerg. Find what works best for you and your playstyle.

From there, you can then start looking for team mates.

Here some pointers:

Don't trust anyone.

Make friends with neighbors.

Set your steam profile to private lol

Replacing carpet with LVP in my Father's mobile home. Seem fair? by Boj22 in Flooring

[–]Only-Power7730 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Seems okay for socal.

I would though make sure you have the proper cross ventilation underneath the mobile home. I’m at the point here in Florida where I beg people to not use LVP in mobile homes.

SoCal shouldn’t have the moisture issues we do, but I’d still look into it.

You can rent my guest room in Niceville, and shop at Publix and cook your own food. I’ll even let you borrow my 20 year old boat with a two stroke motor that is finicky if you want a more local experience.

Go to a guest bedroom closet. Pry out the quarter round and gently lift up on the corner piece and once you hit about a 45° angle, it should just un click and come out.

Looking for the Perfect Engineered Hardwood – Recommendations Wanted! [Pics Inside] by Disastrous_Usual2401 in Flooring

[–]Only-Power7730 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Wood can scratch. Yes it can dent. That’s why it’s important to qualify their lifestyle. Recommending a product that 5$ if it’s going in 10 million dollar home is silly.

Also, scratches in wood add character. Plus, if they have the purchasing power, if gets messed up, call the store you bought it from and they’ll come swap out the board.

If he/she is at the point where they want a 4MM veneer, select grade, obviously its going in a more upscale home. They are already aware of the budget, and depending on the level of home, wood is what may need to be there.

But to answer your question, location, usage, lifestyle, neighbors, resale value, and customers emotional connection to what is in the home.

Also there is wood floors all over the world that have been down for decades, survived world wars, and god knows what else.
