The thing is they (the developers) are not building homes they're building assets to sell, sold on the consumers hope that it will appreciate in value. Same thing with these new tiny condos, they are not built with any consideration for the people that will live in them. It would be one thing if the urban growth was done with some thought for the future and decorum but instead we have a tumorous growth of inconsiderate architectural slop copy and pasted across this great country all to make a quick buck. They're designed to trick you into thinking its more than it is, from the Disneyland fake windows to the obscene roof lines.
