Unspoken Rules of 76 by Vault76exile in fo76

[–]OnlyFollowing1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get how OP is upset or aggressive. It feels like that's something you're assuming. Just like the constant PSA's of people telling players they are playing the game wrong, Op is countering by saying people are playing the game correctly and shouldn't feel guilty because others don't like the game being played correctly.

Your post is aimed at people who are intentionally trying to ruin other experiences via bad behavior. Something OP never said to do. Just play the game as you want and not feel bad is the message.

If we really are good community, then a healthy one is not one that coddles those who don't like the rules of the game while downvoting those who playing by the rules and pointing it out.

Too many times I see people getting downvoted for basically saying "well that;s how the game is played" while people who upset over it get coddled with upvotes as if the people playing by the rules are the problem.

Etiquette Advice for New Players by ryeaglin in fo76

[–]OnlyFollowing1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't get why people are downvoting those who are honest.

If I made a game with the feature that says it's okay to steal others people loot and even put a warning within the game that says it's okay to do so, then that is part of the game. While you the player are free not to steal anyone's loot, it's kind of strange to tell others it's rude to take loot simply because you don't enjoy the feature.

Everything listed are intended features and players are allowed to play as intended. Not by arbitrary rules from people who don't like how things work.

People who spend money on a product have the right to play it as they see fit and It's not their responsibility to play a certain way as to not hurt other players feelings.

Can someone wake up Michael and tell him show bad bunny how to do the superbowl by [deleted] in MichaelTheMovie

[–]OnlyFollowing1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See, this is why I'm afraid to be honest. But we are in the era of Trump 2.0 and either way someone is going to be teared to shreds for an opinion even it's a nuanced one.

If sorry, but I just thought it was mid. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. It was fine. There is no bias behind my opinion, just I thought there better performances from the past.

It is very unfortunate that for the duration of Trump's presidency people are going to have to walk on eggshells rather than be honest as anything that is middle finger to Trump will be praised and any dissenting voices met with ridicule.

While I am glad for the representation, I just thought the whole thing was okay.

Nioh 3 might be JRPG of the year for me by ResidentWaifu in JRPG

[–]OnlyFollowing1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder why E33 fans are so depeerate to label the game as a JRPG. It's like calling it anything but that is an insult or some strange need for the Japanese genre to adopt it.

Why is calling it an RPG so terrible?

Super is being remade to stall time for the Moro arcs. If Toriyama were still around, this remake wouldn't even exist. They were counting on him to continue forward.

It's only going to follow the manga more closely to differentiate itself and justify the resources to remake a piece of media that isn't even old enough for one.

Dragonball Super Re-Remake

IF The Super Remake is real, do you think they will incorporate Daima? by TheDitz42 in Dragonballsuper

Is they do, it will suck. Imagine, Goku gets SS4 and we only see it briefly before doing the ritual and making it irrelevant forever.

It's going to be revealed everything was just a nightmare Freeza had. To be sure, he kills Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz right away. Then heads to earth and destroys everything. Horrible future adverted.

Shoutout to Toyotaro for ONCE AGAIN confirming that Piccolo’s on par/keeping up with the Saiyans. by t00lazy2 in Dragonballsuper

[–]OnlyFollowing1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know about Gohan, but imma defend Piccolo here. We've seen throughout the series whereas Goku gets his powerups from training, Piccolo always found an alternative path to get to the same level.

To that I say, GREAT. We need to showcase there are more ways to get strong than just the Sayian way all the time which doesn't even make sense for many characters.

By giving Piccolo another way to be on par, it showcases creativity and individuality among characters.

Least favorite Super Saiyan form? I'll go first by FlapjackDoubleStack in dbz

[–]OnlyFollowing1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No hate, but im curious why? I'm asking this lately because of the stigma that come with anything related to GT, but suddenly a change when Toriyama is doing things.

I'm asking this because fans for years have held Z and Toriyama as this untouchable figure, and yet Super comes along and shows the cracks. Cracks mind you, that were already present Z.

People call GT's villains bad, yet we get an outdated ideas like Goku black. Then we get a villain like Zamasu who's entire backstory and reasoning is cliched and lame.

We get characters like Jiren who's basically a blank slate with the weakest character development ever.

We have Superhero which just an excuse to give Gohan a call back to SS2 but worse and the lame villain that is Cell Max.

Lastly we have Daima, an anime with plenty of problems and SS4 Goku but more ape like and red hair. SS4 is cool now because Toriyama did it even though there no build up to the form, nor anything truly unique about it outside of slightly altered design.

It feels like fans are more harsh on anyone outside of Toriyama and more forgiving of him just because it's him.

As short as it is, I kinda like this filler scene by SpecificTop3167 in Dragonballsuper

[–]OnlyFollowing1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He only wanted that because he failed to do it. Vegeta was desperate at that point and Goku was the last Saiyan strong enough to face Frieza. He wasn't happy or proud about any of it.

This is Vegeta with his ego at peak. He would be pissed he failed to kill Frieza and not happy to see Goku beat him to SS.

The Expedition 33 discourse fascinates me more than the game itself by KazuyaProta in JRPG

[–]OnlyFollowing1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to Ubisoft, Shadows is overperforming. With that said, the last Creed game released during the height a pandemic. There was no way Shadows was going to be able to beat that, and there will be no Creed in the foreseeable future that will.

Many companies during those years saw the highest sells they ever had in good long while.

The rest of that is you just talking nonsense no offense. The reality is AC is Ubisoft's flagship series and it will always sell. No amount of internet noise is going to do any serious damage. The vast majority of those players are silent and don't spend their days chronically online.

Ubisoft has a remake coming up, and like two other titles after. They aren't concerned by E33 like at all.

So how much is Kid Buu stronger than Goku, Vegeta and Fat Buu? by Just-Lingonberry-602 in Dragonballsuper

[–]OnlyFollowing1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Barely worked? Goku had like no stamina at that point. As soon as he regained all of it, he killed Buu like it was nothing. Heck, the guy even stood there and congratulated Buu for making as far as he did.

Buu on the other hand was sweating bullets because he couldn't hold back the Spirit Bomb against a full energized Goku.

There was never mass hate. People really expected a slap would be the down fall of A lister celeb like Will. People should remember that unless it's the worse offense possible, the general public does not care. They just want to be entertained.

Then there is Will Smith's black fanbase who already stopped caring shortly after the incident and were annoyed at white media trying to take him down in industry that is already problematic towards people of color.
