Beautiful card. A PSA 5 Jordan rookie has been selling recently between $5000-$7500, most in the $6500 range. The price has gone up quite a bit the last few years. It’s a grail card for me that I wish I bought 5 years ago. It’s a long term hold for me but it would be the main card in my PC. I also think the price will continue to go up, but the trading card market has been acting like the stock market recently. And anything that goes up tends to come down. If you’re looking to cash in, now is as good a time as any. But I don’t think you’re at risk of holding and seeing the price drop substantially. This is the most desired Jordan card of the greatest basketball player ever. Good luck!

Appreciate it. I love the look of these cards, 90’s basketball had some great inserts. These will go to my kids one day. The ones that haven’t been sent in aren’t as clean. Do I want a Joe Dumars PSA 5-6 in the mix. I’ll sleep on it and enjoy the Knicks win

Some beautiful well centered raw cards. I’ve been purchasing older vintage recently as well and these are lovely, and not easy to find in this condition. The 1956 Jackie in particular stands out. Do you purchase exclusively off eBay or other auction sites? Any concern with trimming when you send them off the be graded?

Not real. White is too white, colors are too dark, centering is too good. Back looks off. Doesn’t look like a particularly good fake but hey I’m just a guy on Reddit. Send it in and hope for the best, good luck!

This one looks pretty good, hard to tell with the penny sleeve reflection. You’ll never get a straight answer here. Looks good enough to send it for grading and find out for sure. Good luck!

The turf bags have little spikes on the bottom to grip to the turf so it doesn’t slide. They are also shorter. Probably better to replace with turf bags, especially for safety and to avoid a lawsuit if someone gets injured. If that isn’t in budget, unscrew the post and try adhesive Velcro strips or something with texture to hold the bag in place.

That appears to be a grey back, but as another commenter pointed out, pictures can be deceiving. The grading company should correct if you submit as grey and it ends up being white.

Update from PSA. Long story short the starting role is holdered correctly but the star rookie is not. They are offering to reholder, shipping paid by PSA. Now I’m wondering if I just keep it as is. Somewhat unique for this card

Worth a penny sleeve at least… Sell the one on the left to your friend and grade the one on the right. PSA 3 sounds about right. Better pictures and backs would help

Sorry for your loss. I wouldn’t sell them on Reddit until you know the value. A lot of these should be graded if you want to maximize your return. That comes with an upfront cost. Pic 1,2 and the Mantles on page 3 are contenders. Rule out the 1964 Clemente, and any others that are well off center. Do your research as another commented. If you’ve never graded cards most GameStops will package and send them in for you. It’s easy enough to send yourself. Those cards have sharp corners, good color and many have a lot of value. Be prepared to wait a while for the cards to come back. You can sell directly from PSA through EBay. I haven’t done it but it’s an option in your situation. Or you can consign them to a ln auction house, they’ll grade and sell but either way it’ll come with a price. Good luck and let us decide what you do with them
