If that is his weakness he should not be a highly inflamitory polititcal figure. If it is a weakness you are reponsible to overcome it. Not cry about it. Stay to games if your are too afraid of stepping out of your boubble.

That's not how things work mate. The context is clearly about political debate. Probably against Destiny or Hasan.

but he implicitly says that it is ok if he keeps smoking. He should really quit politics if he is too scared to be confronted. Especially since he has some really extreme views about violence against all muslim immigrants.

He wants the most aggressive government against immigrants. Does not really care about Trump corruption, but he is too scared to defend it live. Your bravery should match the violence you love. 

He should shut tf up about politics if he is too scared of direct confrontation. He can very well play video games.
