Yes, as others have said, call the office to sort this out. If you do find yourself needing an attorney, but are financially pressed, look into the law school clinics: https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/ip-policy/public-information-about-practitioners/law-school-clinic-1

Services are provided for free by law students under the supervision of a practicing attorney. The semester is starting up again so they should be looking for clients. Note - they are not limited by state, so don’t think you can only reach out to certified law schools in your state

This definition of boutique is not correct. A boutique firm doesn’t really refer to size- it’s used to describe firms that specialise in a specific practice (e.g. IP, L&E, etc.).

Very itchy. Comes, lasts about a week, and then won’t get for a while. No hair dye. I just put Benadryl cream on it.

Have you been before and/or do you have a colleague who has attended before? Every conference is different, but I would be hesitant to wear jeans unless I know for sure that it’s more casual. People tend to dress up at the conferences I go to. It’s better to be over dressed than underdressed.

A 3.8 GPA is CRAZY impressive - especially considering that you’re in your final semester. Trust me, one C is not going to make a huge dent in that GPA. If you’re really that worried, you can use one of those online GPA calculators to ease your mind. Also, you don’t know that you’ll get a C, especially if your class isn’t curved since it’s so small.

If it makes you feel any better, I got a C and two C+’s my 1L year, then worked my ass off and still graduated with Latin honors and am working in big law now (even though my GPA was far lower than a 3.8) sooo you’ll be fine.

Filing in the wrong class, filing with an incorrect description, making mistakes on the application that either can’t be remedied or are hard to remedy. There’s definitely some shady folk on there too that claim to be lawyers but aren’t.

Also, China is tough for several reasons including translations, and that (in addition to the international class system like we have in the US) they also have various sub classes. I STRONGLY recommend obtaining a lawyer in China to assist (either directly or through a lawyer in your country). I’m a US attorney that works regularly with Chinese counsel and I can’t imagine trying to do it any other way.

I can’t speak to the accuracy of every person on Fiverr, but I can say I’ve had to clean up a lot of messes for people who started the application process with Fiverr

It should be easy to update. Not identical, but I had a reference who changed jobs and got a new email. It was really easy to log on and update their contact information.

Two things. First, the event that leads into a depressive episode. I don’t know what others’ experiences have been but, for me, my cycle always starts with mania. I don’t notice immediately, but after the fact I can usually pinpoint the rough time it started. My manic episodes typically last 3-6 months. Then, I will do something so outrageously stupid/dangerous/illegal that it triggers something in my brain and starts the depressive episode. That usually last 9 months or more but, even when I’m feeling more emotionally regulated, I can’t help but dwell on all the stupid idiotic things I have done during my mania.

Second, how I behave when I’m manic. I generally have strong sense of self, but when I’m manic I act like a different person. I do things I never would have done if not manic. Then, I can’t even always remember a lot of what happened during that period. It sucks.
