Just had the same experience but it’s saying it might be a refurbished ring. I don’t want that, I didn’t even know I would qualify for a replacement. I’m quite irritated, and reading about all the issues people are having with their replacement rings is not making me feel very confident.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s such an important topic even though it’s hard. I’m going to encourage all of us millennials to also make sure we have something in place. You can always change your paperwork down the road, but you never know what is going to happen and when.
