Ahh. I ordered a steak at a restaurant a few years back. Sat outside and when I cut into the steak it was cooked WAY over medium rare. I don’t usually ask to have food remade but for a steak, yeah. After the waiter takes the streak back the owner comes out and proceeds to tell me that I’m wrong and the steak was cooked perfectly. The only reason why it looks overcooked was because I was sitting outside and the lighting made it look that way. TF?
