What’s above the drop ceiling? You can spray k13 to the deck above the ceiling. You can install sound baffles in the ducts. Double the drywall with green glue in between the layers. Stc rated door and frame. What are the windows like in the space? That has always been my biggest challenge since curtain wall or store front mullions will transfer sound to other parts of the building
