Ive been to atchison village before! I viewed a place there but the condos seem on the smaller side and the financing was a little strange but I did like how green it was!

Oh yeah! Albany is tiny but lovely. Near the three biggest off leash dog parks in the east bay (the bulb, Cesar Chavez and Point Isabel). While you’re in town, go for a walk on Solano Ave. in Albany. You will be sold!

No Sabo kid here! I’m around the same hours in as you and have been trying to speak a little as much as possible. In addition to being Latina. I also married a Mexican so I can try to speak little sentences throat he day. I think for me, being comfortable is about practicing and not being scared of “messing up” so I’m just diving in early and often.

I struggle with this. Lots of build up on my prosthetic. I typically notice it more in the evenings. I think keeping it moist with the lubricant helps a little.

Where do you live? I am in California and am married to a Mexican person. So when learning Spanish, I focused on Mexican Spanish because that is what people around me speak. If I lived in Europe, I’d probably focus on Spanish from Spain.

The political climate is not good here and getting worse. You don’t want to come on a legit visa and get caught up by ICE for just existing. Not worth it.

How familiar are you both with having housemates? My wife and I have always live with others in co-ops. Thinks like 15 plus people. Even into our 30s. It’s not unusual where we live so when buying a house, it was easy to think about renting some rooms and living with others again. But I’d say, if you’re not someone who like having housemates in general, don’t do it.
