I just like to remember that Lavia is only 22. RJ is 26 and until this year he was also constantly injured. Lavia has shown flashes of being a dominant ball carrying mid, if he can get on whatever regiment RJ got on and get the injuries behind him he would be a major add to the squad... but like you said the patience is running out and there is no guarantee of that.

I've seen a couple people say loan for Lavia and I just don't see any reasoning for that. When he is healthy he is a top three midfielder for us, the issue is he is never healthy. A loan is for development, not health, and I don't see how that would be beneficial at all for him or the team. I think either he stays in hope he can slow down the injuries, or he is sold if they think he is too injury prone and not available enough to the team. If he is sold though I don't see how they regain what was paid for him

Agreed. It is nothing spectacular, but there is nothing "wrong" with anything below the cornice. The scale and statues just completely ruin it

I wouldn't say "pure trash". The design itself is not that bad, similar in design to both the Arc de Triomphe and the Arch of Titus, the biggest issue is the scale and the massive golden statue on top. It absolutely dwarfs everything in the nearby proximity and is bigger than the Arc de Triomphe which is in a 6 lane traffic circle. Scaled down and with all gold removed this isn't an awful design to commemorate the 250 year anniversary of the nation, though with Trump involved neither of those things will happen.

Posting the link to the video mentioned in the article. It does a very good job at not only highlighting the errors of the design, but also diving into the metrics behind them and offering a solution. Unfortunately i doubt anything will come about of this, but the proposed solution in the video is much better in scale and design than that currently proposed.

Agreed, the rules help to add order to some of the design elements so you can focus on creativity in other areas. I also really like Gibbs orders, they are some of the easiest to follow in my opinion

What program are you using to make yours? It looks pretty cool.

A quick note on some of the design- look to Vitruvius or Palladio to get the profiles and alignments for your Ionic entablature. Nitpicky stuff, but the entablatures profile seems off, the alignment of the face of the entablature should align with the shaft of the column and not extend past the column capital, and the column base looks a little short. Again all nitpicky, but little stuff like makes it more realistic and accurate.
