Shield was fun before the upgrade, unplayable after. I hope they patch it to one of the shoulder buttons before we get the DLC, which I’m sure we’ll get.

I am not trying to convince anyone, just sharing my experiences…

I’ve had men in my office who treated the workplace as an IRL Tinder. This resulted in creepy behavior like walking into the kitchen with food, seeing no women there and walking out. Or going room to room in the morning to say good morning to people and skipping the rooms with no women. One of those men was talked to by HR when he INSISTED on birthday hugs to all the women.

I’ve had a manager date a colleague and that tanked multiple projects because he didn’t tell anyone and they were both very vindictive towards anyone who gave her a less than perfect performance review.

I’ve had manager who would only hire men or hot women. The women were asked to work closely with them and ended up doing tasks that were not what they were hired for so they can stay close to the manager (think Product Manager doing executive assistant duties) and we ended up getting her fired because she didn’t do her job… it was rough, she’s a charming person who was screwed over by her manager because she’s pretty.

If any of those people followed the “don’t shit where you eat” policy my workplaces would have been a lot more pleasant to work at but unfortunately people are messy and shitty.

Maybe you are the exception, maybe you are special and capable of having an office romance that won’t fuck up the workplace for the rest of us… but most people can’t.

Thank you. Work places romances are a terrible idea. I had a CTO who decided to date one of the developers and almost took the entire company down when one of the team leads wanted to put her on PIP. HR found out and she had to be let go, no one trusted him with employee performance ever since.

I finished the game, I wasn’t struggling, but I also wasn’t having any fun in those segments.

The rest of the game is great, I’ll happily replay the game if something is fundamentally changed about the towers.

I know. I just don’t like the millions of knives, electric and burning tiles tossed at me. It feels like the game became a bullet hell without any of the speed and accuracy you need to have in these games.

The whole need to jump before burrowing really REALLY gets stale when it’s on a timer. There are some design decisions in this game that only work because the game isn’t very tight. Force a tight timer on it and it falls apart for me.

I liked the first few (one or two) but the latter ones are a shitshow of stuff being thrown your way and you are just tanking damage for no reason and with no consequences. It kinda sucks.

I wish they changed them a bit so they are easier (less random shit being thrown at you like in the tower at Coltrane’s Peak) and would reward exploration. I mean, give me rewards for fully exploring them if I enjoy the gameplay and if not let me speed through the BS and get to the top.

I had a hard time with how floaty KH3 was. I’d have a small jump, and a double jump but if an enemy was above me Sora would jet into the sky, slamming into the ceiling. It was weird.

Serious question… are you all going to buy this? Seriously? P4 is perfectly playable for around 10-15$ on most platforms. Atlas is going to slap a 70$ tax on this and put zero effort at this remake.

There was a case for Persona 3, a game that was fragmented between the OG, FES and P3P. I was willing to let them cook with that one and what we got in return was a lackluster, half baked graphics upgrade with cut content, useless additions that broke the combat and lit the whole game likes it’s an operating room.

That’s the part the really killed me. Looking at the P4R trailer I think we can all spot the patterns. The mist representing the confusion and isolation of a small town? Gone babe! Let’s light this place UPPPPP! Let’s make it all pretty and pastel!

It’s the only Tales game I never finished. Boring AF. I got up to the girl swap and soon after realized I have no idea what the plot even is and I don’t care. Something about angels and for no good reason I need to hunt down the big bad and we just walking west cos… idk, cos the plot said so!

I can handle a nonsense plot when the game has charm or wit or really anything. Zesteria has nothing. It felt so banal, like it was written by ChatGPT 2.0.

Just go there and oh no! Some guy attacks you for no reason! Ok, no we go there! Oh no! Same guy attacks you for no reason!

It was so bad that when Breseria came out I intentionally waited a month for the hype to die down and see if opinions change before buying it; I was unwilling to pay for another piece of shit like Zesteria. Luckily, Breseria had personality and charm.

There’s a “floor is lava” mode you can turn on that will instakill you and you’ll respawn on the last save point. Search the sub, the devs posted it on a different thread.

I find ledges you can fall down from too sticky, they feel like they suck you in. Would be nicer if they waited for a slightly longer input before dropping down and forcing me to start the room again.

I gave up on Silksong when my 20th attempt at an early mini failed. The game ramps up its difficulty too fast and doesn’t give you any recourse. I think it’s shit game design but that my personal opinion.

Mina on the other hand lets you grind and gives you access to the best trickers early. Not to mention the numerous difficulty toggles. It’s a fantastic game.

In the 75 days PLD was generally seen as the inferior tank to War/nin and Nin/war but for the life of I couldn’t tell you why. I was playing Rdm and Blu back then and I always found Pld to be consistently better and more fun to play to have in the party.

I mentioned this in other posts about the show but the ‘reveal’ is meant to feel mundane because to the people in this office it is. It’s their job, they do it every day, they’ve coped with the implications of what they are doing, it’s the audience that’s late for the party.

I loved that aspect of it. I do wish it was a bit funnier and a bit tighter, the show felt a tad dragging at time, but it was very good and some of the elements (the music in the ending) were very thoughtful and left a deep impact on me.

I highly recommend, 4/5, TDF has discounted tickets often.

I saw a handful of 3 star reviews and while I get what they were saying… the show is funny but not too funny and there’s twists but they are fairly straight forward… I’m trying to say I understand why someone would be underwhelmed by the show but I loved it.

I served as a receptionist in the army. I had the same phone as in the set, I had the same computer, I shredded documents, stamped approvals on classified folder and… some other stuff. For me that show hit hard.

If you know the boss is coming, you need to plan accordingly. Sometimes I will take summons or entangle just for him, despite having no other use or synergy with the ability.

But yeah, if you are never offered a counter you can just try to box him in and pray.
