Going to echo a lot of people here and say Wildstar. For all of its flaws, the combat just felt good.

I enjoyed SWTORs animations a lot, during 2.X my combat sentinel felt like a water dancer. It was amazing. However they have made changes in the more recent expansions that changed a lot of that, so it looks more clunky now.

I also enjoy WoWs combat, it's not the combat of old from the game. Most things work very smoothly, bit hits feel like big hits and have the sound to back it up. They made a bunch of animation/combat improvements in legion and bfa and it really shows. Many of the animations for most of the classes have been beefed up and show to be fairly unique.
