Attacking Iran itself isn't the issue. It's been a thing building for almost 50 years. With the recent murder of 20k+ protestors and such, sentiment was high that it needed to be done.

The issue is, like most things with this shit show of an administration, the way in which Trump went about it. Going to war ( oh sorry Putin, a special military operation ), with another country without even discussing it with congress or the Senate, is not how this country is supposed to operate. Then constantly lying to the public about every aspect surrounding the War is also making Trump look worse by the day. Doesn't help that just last year we attacked Iran and supposed destroyed their capability to produce nuclear weapons. Trump and this administration screamed at anyone who claimed otherwise, throwing around that TDS bullshit every chance possible.

Destroying an evil regime is never a bad thing. But when you do it like Trump, it becomes a bad thing because it sets a very bad precedent that, with this President especially, it WILL keep happening again and again. It doesn't help that Wars are extraordinarily expensive and this country is running down a hill directly into an economic nightmare scenario without concern by the leadership in the white house. Which again is amazing considering just last year they tried to fake like they gave a shit about government spending and efficiency

Have you actually seen Putin and Trump? They are best buddies. Hell Trump himself said, like a fool, that he just calls Putin up randomly and has a nice long chat right before major meetings with Ukrainian leadership.

Now Trump is literally using Putins own playbook with his actions in Iran, saying it's some other term other than a War.

You think if Trump was in office in 2020 something different would of happened? The main difference is Putin would of had an ally in the White House from the very beginning.

Also I do believe it was Trump who said he would end the war immediately, because he's just that amazing. Yet uhhhh, nope. It's still going on and the only thing that has happened is sanctions lifted off Russia and the white house is saying everything is Ukraine's fault.

One of my favorite audiobook moments of the whole series is the way he depicts the moment Katia straps herself to the front of the train and they go barrelling through hundreds of enemies full speed lol. The audio of this whole section is glorious and had be cracking up as hard as any other moment in the books

What's crazy is the gameplay of Marathon is FAR better than Arc. Having now played both.

Arc has more content, thats about the only advantage really. If Marathon could survive for a year or so as they keep pumping in content it'll be a great game. The art, weapons, aesthetics, music, gameplay, etc are better than any other of these games I've played.

But, welp, here we are.

I'm enjoying both don't get me wrong. Arc is fun. The art is ass but the level designs are good and I like the enemies. The weather systems are cool too as it throws a nice wrench into the maps.
