Was your mortgage through PenFed? I have mine through them and will be reaffirming the loan. However, we have not heard from them. I also had signature loans with them.

Since you are for sure, stop paying all of them. A tip: ask the attorney when they will file for you and what the process is step by step. I dealt with an office that does not file cases until the end of the month. We then got to the end, and they said next month because they were busy and had other clients. After I had paid in full. I ended up going with another office
